She moved to the United States in 1982, after arriving in New York City she graduated CUNY\u00a0 College in 1988 computer system analyst and attended St. John University studying Business then moved to Maryland in 2000.<\/p>\n Ms. Kim served during the Dinkins administration as New York City Mayor in 1990 for Asian Task force team and an Executive Vice President of N.G.N New York City branch Billboard company. \u00a0Currently, she is a licensed realtor and a small business owner of an Asian art gallery.<\/p>\n From 2001 – 2017 she has been the Vice president\/staff of the Korean Society of Maryland, from 2007 \u2013 2015 she was the Korean representative for Howard County tourism.\u00a0 2007-2020 she was the State of Maryland International Sister state Council committee chair, from 2013 \u2013 2016 she was appointed State of Maryland Asian Pacific Commissioner (APA). \u00a0Since\u00a0\u00a0 2015 \u2013 May,2020 she has been\u00a0\u00a0 the President of the Korean American Foundation of Greater Washington (KAF \u2013 GW)<\/p>\n Ms. Kim is the recipient of many awards which include: in 2015 the Maryland State Governor\u2019s Citations, in 2014 she received multi Maryland General Assembly official citations and a citation from the President of The Republic of Korea.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Former President 7th \/ 8th PresidentMi Schill Kim7th \/ 8th PresidentMs. Kim was born and raised in Taegu South Korea.
